better ticket managment
is there any addons which allows for better manage the template group, for example add some additional information like SLA, location ? I need this for my ITSM tool to better prioritization and categorization.

What's the point of categorizing template groups? "These are important templates in this group" ? "These are not so important ones here" ? In the end, you can use exactly same template for different hosts and still get different results, if you use different threshold macros etc. You can tag your events with information in hosts config (what you can sync from your CMDB, if you have it) . 7.0 should bring custom inventory (according to roadmap), so you can design your own needed structure... -
