Montoring of network adaptator on Windows hosts

I have more than hundred of windows host to monitor and i would like to do it in a template. Is anybody have already done it or have an idea how to do that.

Are all of you network cards identical?

If they are, you can use the same userparam across the board. It would be nice if there was an vbscript that would generate a config file for the windows agent. maybe you can write one?

The network adaptor are differents.
And I am not sure that the windows systems administrator are ok to enable SNMP on the server...

I think there is no way to do that simply.

Depending on exactly what you want to monitor, you could monitor your switches via snmp to get in & out traffic for each host.

we chose to preserve the switch cpu usage and only monitor trunk link and other systems parameter (cpu/memory).
