Servers monitoring with snmp

Hi, forum!
I'm a newer in zabbix.
I did start installing the agent on 10050, and then, I did think "what about snmp"? With snmp, I didn't have a agent in the server!
Well. I did the discovery with snmp, and I did create a item to check availability of server.
But, I need information about number of process, apps installed, free space on disk, etc. This information is provided by the agent on 10050, but, I have snmp information in snmp to build this information. What is the method to monitor only with snmp information? I'd like use the good practics to build this items. Can anyone help me?

Well...
I did progress...
I did prepare a item (for w2000s) with:
* Description: Virtual Memory Size
* snmp key: hrStorageSize.2
* unit: b
* multiplier: 65536
It is very simple.

But, I have 2 keys for cpu load:
hrProcessorLoad.19 and hrProcessorLoad.20
What is the method to produce the item "Processor load"?
I need add the value of two keys...
