Has anyone looked at creating a custom web interface for adding ping checks? I want to make it easier for my chaps here to add ping tests to the Zabbix setup and thought about creating a form on our intranet for the hostname, interval, and email address etc.
How easy is it to drop that data in to zabbix as a valid simple ping check ?
