What are you trying to do?
You could monitor the item as per a normal interval (30sec - 1 minute), and then set a trigger to go off only during the time you are looking at.

Well.
but... I have seen that, the graphic has a gap in the time set in the Flexible Interval....
(I have seen also that the item continue to get value...)
anyway if the item is "disable" the trigger don't work....
