How to deferre notifications?

Hello

I receive actually all notifications (sms) even during the night.
I would like to receive night's notification into a "deferring" mode. (like a checkup about all alerts, resend ?)
I have tried with triggers (value on during a time period)

For example
If a server didn't respond at 03:15 , i would only receive a notification at 05:00 (i begin to work at this time)

I know it's a stupid question but they (some people ) want sleep during the night

just brainstorming here...
you could disable sms during night and add another custom messaging script that pipes all alerts into a file. then have a cronjob deliver the content of that file at 5 am ?
