NOT SENDING OFF in Trigger dependency

Hi,

I have configured a set of dependency, the ON is not send correctly.
But I receve many OFF e-mail...

What can I do to not send "OFF" when there is a trigger dependecy?

Trigger1--> dependency -->Trigger2

Action
Email when Trigger1 change status

Ex.
Trigger1:ON and Trigger2:ON---> the e-mail of Trigger2 is not send.
Trigger1:ON and Trigger2:OFF---> the e-mail of Trigger2 is send with the message: Trigger1 is OFF

Ahhh!!! Not the repeat action!!! I'll sign a petition against the classic "repeat action" if I have to. How about we help/promote/encourage ESCALATIONS.

These escalations must be challenging to implement... they have been lingering for a few years now I think.
