    Interwoven DMS Monitoring

Hey everyone, I don't know how to add stuff to the WIKI, however I have another small contribution- could someone post it in there if it is worthy?

    Anyhow-

The Firm I work for uses a Document Management Solution called Interwoven...

I wanted to monitor some of the metrics of this, so I put together the following agentd configuration, it uses both SQL commands and also relies on the UnixUtils port for windows to parse the servers log file.. (Find that here -> http://unxutils.sourceforge.net/)

Check out the attached file and let me know what you think!

    -Thanks!

Pull up http://www.zabbix.com/wiki/ and scroll to the bottom of the page. There is a Login button in the lower right corner. Use your username and password to login to the Wiki.

Once you have logged in you will be able to use the little "Edit" buttons next to any section on any page to edit the section. The easiest way to add a new article is to create a link to it, and then create the article. E.g. add an entry to the Howtos, Cookbooks, And KB's section on the home page. Click the Edit button to the lower right corner of that section. See how the other page links in there are set up. Make a new page entry of your own, with a unique title. Save your edit, and then see that your new title appears on the list. When you click on that new title the Wiki will let you create the new page.

          Woah!

So there are other people using Interwoven.. heh

I've been administrating Interwoven systems for over 5 years now, and so far I think you are like the first person I have seen on a community forum *anywhere*.

I guess it seems many DMS admins arn't the social type. ;>

I hope it works well for ya!
