Zabbix Cloud Backup and Cloud Architecture

Hey there! Previously, I used Zabbix self-hosted in my cloud environment, and everything worked well, thanks to the Zabbix team.
I have a concern about Zabbix Cloud backup. According to the FAQ, the instance will be backed up on a weekly basis. Where are the backed-up instances stored? Are they stored in the same storage as the Zabbix server instance, or are they stored outside of the Zabbix server storage?

I also have concerns about the Zabbix Cloud architecture. I knew that Zabbix Cloud is backed by one of the biggest cloud vendors. Is there any documentation or diagram that can show me the architecture of my Zabbix server instance? I’d like to ensure that my Zabbix system is reliable and highly available.

    Hello,
The instance is backed up weekly free of charge, but users can make manual backups as frequently as they want ( that will be for an extra charge depending on how large Storage is used for the node ).
Backups ( that, in reality, are full snapshots of the customer node ) are stored outside of the node itself in AWS.

Architecture of the Zabbix cloud is considered as sensitive information and is not shared publicly.

        Hi Dimitry,
Thanks for your answer. Now everything is clear.
It's understandable that the architecture of the Zabbix cloud cannot be shared publicly due to company policies.

Thanks once again, and I will try using Zabbix Cloud.
