    Zabbix cloud services & SLA

    Hello Everybody

I am trying to build a service to monitor a DNS cluster with two DNS server , i have build the service exactly as described in the manual but the child service is not linked to the trigger although i am sure that the tag of the trigger is writen 100% correct in the child service problem tag, the two child service is OK while the DNS it self was down

Any idea how to solve that?

The two child service is OK while the DNS it self was down.

Delete the tag and retype it manually, copy paste often brings in invisible characters that look correct but break the link. If that does not fix it delete the child service link completely, save, then re-add it from scratch since edits in place sometimes do not propagate correctly. Also check that the trigger is not in a disabled state or maintenance window when testing and clear your monitoring platform cache after any changes.
