On-Prem Proxy won't connect to Zabbix Cloud
Hi all - new to Zabbix and I'm trialling Zabbix Cloud.
I've deployed a Zabbix Proxy at one of my sites (Hyper-V VM, Ubuntu 24.02, Latest Docker) and configured it to talk to my Zabbix cloud address.
I've also created the entry in Zabbix Cloud with the correct proxy name in Active mode with no encryption, also specified the public IP for the site in Proxy Address.
The ports are all default Zabbix and I've configured the FW to allow traffic from the proxy to Zabbix and can see it get allowed in my traffic monitoring; however, getting the following error in the proxy log:
Unable to connect to [redacted.zabbix.cloud]:10051 [cannot connect to [[redacted.zabbix.cloud]:10051]: connection timed out]
Can't figure out what the issue is, as everything is very vanilla and it just won't connect.
