Escalation walkthrough

Would it be possible to add to the 1.6 manual, or post somewhere a simple walkthrough for setting up a basic escalation with the new escalation features in 1.5.3? I was having issues determining how to: a) Get repeat messages sent over a time interval (every 15 or 30 minutes),b) Have a message sent elsewhere after an issue was not 'ack'ed' after a certain period.
