    Escalations and Periods

    Hi,

    after spending 30 minutes or so trying to find escalations in the web gui of the 1.5.3 beta I finally figured out that it was actually called Action Operations.

    Anyway.. The escalation part works great and does what it should do but the repeat message that is setup with the Period (seconds) parameter doesn't.

    For example. If I setup an action that sends a message every hour about a trigger being on. I will receive a message every hour like expected. But when the issue is fixed I will receive a message that the trigger has gone to off state as expected, but it will continue sending the same number of off messages as it has send on messages with the Period specified. Which means that if it takes 4 hours to fix something I will first receive Trigger: On-messages once every hour for 4 hours and then Trigger: Off-messages for the next 4 hours. It should only send one Off-message for every escalation step setup in the Action Operations.

    I i have also noticed the Period perameter doesn't seem to do anything. I get notifications according to the Actions period.

    I also get the same number of recovery messages as i received notices. Ie if i got 4 messages saying the service trigger was true, when i bring it back up a get 4 messages all at once saying its false.
