in v1.0 at the net map, when u make an object, he auto put a link to alerts/triggers, in alpha10 he don't, also the icon in a big black spot. all of this is "normal"?

I found you had to manually upload the images into Zabbix by going: Configuration -> General -> Images, and proceeding from there. I believe this to be the intended behavior.
As for the auto linking to alerts/triggers, I can't remember how it worked in 1.0, but with 1.1alpha10, you can define the URL that each host goes to when clicked.
