1.5.x feature status

I would like to start testing the 1.5 branch but really want to wait until it is in feature freeze. With the expected 1.6 release date now about a month away I would expect a feature freeze to be very soon. Is it in feature freeze now? If not, when do you expect it to be?

We are introducing feature freeze on August 18 (next Monday), one month before official date of ZABBIX 1.6.

ZABBIX 1.5.4 (beta) is ready to be released, we just have to find some time to finish pre-release tasks.
