Zabbix-1.6.4 query failed

Mysql-5.0
Ubuntu-8.04TLS

2 zabbix servers in DM mode (slave --> master)
Master (receiving side) is sometimes showing the following query errors:

i still need to upgrade the slave. Ill report my findings in a couple of hours.
