This change introduced a bug for non-admin users viewing a master node.
This master node does not have any hosts configured locally, ALL hosts are from slave nodes (thus this 'master node' is removed from the list and 'show with subnodes' is not displayed).
The pulldown does not show the master node (currently used by the user)
When a normal user manually sets (as GET parameters) show_subnodes=1, it does actually show the correct view, but reports an undefined index on include/config.inc.php:561
