Triggers UNKNOWN 1.1alpha12

Hy,

the problem is when I change the name of the Trigger (description), then it never gets evaluated. When I try to make them work (delete/create/different name,..) things only get worse. Then I deleted the hole DB and recreate it and deleted even the Templates and still problems!

I think it has something to do with the items, because if I change the Trigger totally I cannot reproduce one that would work with that same item.



GOT IT deleting the item helps, but no place for mistakes!!

I noticed the same. After upgrading to Alpha12 all the triggers are UNKNOWN.
Values are fetched correctly.

Yes, I'm aware of this problem. It seems that I incorrectly optimised some parts of ZABBIX code related to update of triggers. ZABBIX 1.1alpha12 does not update status of triggers if fresh value is equal to previous one. This is wrong!

It is already fixed and will be available in ZABBIX v1.1beta1.

For the time being I coppied src/zabbix_server/* from the cvs and make it with new code, then the triggers work as expected!p.s. easy fix
