trunk, 7243: node entries in non-dm setup

in a non-dm setup most tables still have node column header - but all the following rows are missing that column, so column headers are shifted. it also creates a too wide table & creates an ugly looking area at the right hand side.

currently identified areas ;

monitoring -> triggers
monitoring -> events
monitoring -> latest data
monitoring -> dashboard
audit->actions
