there's no way to reorder bar reports' elements - for example, reports -> bar reports, select "Distribution of values for multiple items". add a recent period, then some period in the past, then even more recent period - they are now in the order of the adding sequence, which is almost useless.
there should be reordering support, maybe similar to custom graph item reordering functionality.
