manuals for Newbies

Is there a manual for newbies? Something with examples? I am looking through the manual and it is VERY basic.

My problem is that I am unsure how to get the checks setup. I have everything installed and I have a host and item setup.

I performed the links to templates, but it is not grabing any information other than zeros.

Not sure what to do from here.

Sorry. As of now, there is only one manual. I agree that examples make things a lot easier to understand. Perhaps Zabbix needs an area for creating tutorials, or a community based manual (wiki style for instance). Are there any specific areas where you need some help?

My biggest problem is creating links between the Hosts, Triggers, and Graphics. I am using alpha12, but I thought that this would be about the same in every version.
