trunk, r7630: js errors when using list checkboxes

if 'select all entries" checkbox at the top of the lists is used on empty lists, javascript error message is popped up:
"CheckBoxes with name maintenanceids doesnt exists"

most likely nothing should happen in such a case.

in some lists, no checkboxes work at all - for example, configuration -> web, actions
"NOt isset pageGoName"
(that message probably should be rewriten as well)
