Trunk 8023: Graph Scroll Bar

Good job or actually excellent job on the new graph scroll and time bar. Your team rocks! My team is very impressed by how easy it is now to move around and find the time period or day they want.

FYI. The scroll bar is missing on the Monitor -> Screens. Probably already known since development is still occurring.

Also, on the latest data graph not charts, the major RED time marks are overlaying the minor time marks. See pic below.

Thank you Palmertree. Glad you like it. But graphs are not fully ready yet, as I mentioned in SVN comments Soon will be fixed. Or somethings already fixed.
