trunk 8096: Legend Sort Order

Legend sort order for stack graph is from bottom up. So if you have items named and sorted as Step 1, Step 2, Step 3, etc. the legend is showing the following:

Step 3 -> Sort Order set to 2
Step 2 -> Sort Order set to 1
Step 1 -> Sort Order set to 0

Not sure if this suppose to be the new behavior or not on stack graphs.
