Error in FULL CLONE and IMPORT (Templates)

In 8111 we have a error to make a FULL CLONE and IMPORT templates, we get this error (in GUI):

POSSIBLE ERROR: Used incorrect logic in database processing, transaction not started!

Try it in 8146. If there still are errors, please attach template you're trying to import.
