bug: incorrect error "Cannot bind to port"

when I uncomment a line in the agent cfg, for exmaple:

UserParameter=version[mysql],mysql -V

agentd log file says:

008240:20050924:152415 Cannot bind to port 10050. Another zabbix_agentd already running ?

I'm running beta1. Re-commenting the line gets the agent up and running no problem. Is there a workaround for this?

apparently you have to wait about 30 seconds after stopping the agent to restart it or you'll get the port unavailable error.

anyone know why?
