Error to create images.

In trunk 8118 we have a error to create images:

interesting. screenshot shows an even older revision, though, 8111.
anyway, that's almost hundred revisions ago (current rev is 8206) - could you check with latest trunk ?
this might be some php module missing, but better to test with latest version before diving too deep

You need an UTF8 DataBase (not latin1).

Hmmmmm ... in 8227 we have same error. Today (at night) we'll try with UTF8.
