Zabbix 1.7.1 stops getting SNMP information

Zabbix 1.7.1 stopes getting information from host by SNMP (I use only snmp so can't tell anything about active checks).
If I turn on debug information, I can see that zabbix server shedules nextcheck but does not set NEXTCHECK field it ITEMS table (I use pgsql).

How to debug this problem and how to fix it?

That's nice patch, but zabbix version that I use already has this patch and this problem also ;-)
