    icmppingsec not working

    I've defined several simple checks using icmppingsec and they all show up in the que with this as the next check:

    12.31.1969 19:00:00
    There is never any data for these items.

        fping is installed and working, but the only time the data is updated is when I restart suckerd. The data is updated once and never again. I've set it to 30 second checks and fping is defined as a 30 second interval in suckerd.conf. Any ideas?

            The only thing appearing in the log file is when I started the suckerd process a few hours ago:

            000935:20041118:130431 zabbix_suckerd #2 started [nodata() calculator]
            000936:20041118:130431 zabbix_suckerd #3 started [ICMP pinger]

              Ok, thanks! I have to test the pinger carefully to figure out what could be wrong.
