Windows Agent V1.7 Code Regression?

Hi,

I noticed that 1.7 Windows Agent crashes as it did in version < 1.6.5 on Windows 2000 servers (tested on most of my Windows 2000 servers SP4, the service stops when it begins to collect, it crashes without error even in debug 4), verified on 1.7.1 and 1.7.2.

Is it a code regression?

I installed 1.6.6 version, agents do not crash anymore and was surprised to handle UTF8 characters (I have 1500 french servers to install).

Do I log a bug?

yes, please make sure to test with latest trunk and report all bugs on the tracker
