French translation for 1.7.3

Hi,

I have attached an updated french translation for v1.7.3.
All messages are translated.
However, the new map editor (new in 1.7.3) does not seem to be localized, messages in popup windows still appear in english.

Thanks, we are aware of this problem it will be fixed before 1.8.
