1.7.3 Tests feddback

Hello Zabbix Team,

just a feedback on 1.7.3:
- UTF8 working well (tested with perf_counter on MSSQL, perf items, ... on 10 French Windows 2000 et 2003 servers)
- No problem reported with AIX 5.3 (agent 1.6.6) and Linux 2.6
