[Permission denied] zabbix-agent-1.1_beta1

Hi ppl!

Install zabbix-agent on new machine.
Dual Xeon, Gentoo, 2.6.12 kernel, base charset UTF-8.

Version zabbix-agent 1.1_beta1

Install, configure and run.
Oops...
Unable to open debug file [/var/log/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.log] [Permission denied]
Cannot create PID file [/var/run/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.pid] [Permission denied]

All permissions zabbix user has on this directories.

For experiment i configure log&pid to /tmp (41777) directory.
No effect.

On the another computers installation and running zabbix-agent is fine.

Where is trouble?
May by trouble in the console, base charset UTF-8 ???

My hope on you, developers.
