zabbix agent (active) not work

in agentd.conf - UserParameter=test[host],echo 0
add items - test[host] type Zabbix Agent (active)
and add trigger - {agentd-host:test[host].last(0)}=0

in Monitoring- QUEUE (details) i see that next check of item - 01.01.1970 03:00:00

and nothing in Latest DATA

whats wrong?

Hostname in agentd.conf and in configuration of hosts on zabbix sever
must be the same.
