Strange bug with trigger

Hmm... i'm got very strange bug. I'm add trigger with this expression:

({client:icmpping.time(0)}>080000)&({client:icmppi ng.time(0)}<210000)&({client:icmpping.max(300)}=0)

I't strange working... When client down trigger generate 3 actions on ON or OFF switching. And when trigger switch to ON (client is down) it's generate 3 actions and then on next check tigger switch to OFF and generate new 3 actions.

Hah. I'm forgot! When client down trigger switch from ON to OFF cycled when zabbix run checks, and generate lot event.
