Watch out! I experiended a problem after an upgrade from beta2 to beta3. All graphs configured to take data from snmp agents displayed "no data" after the upgrade. I swapped back to the old zabbix_server binary and voila, all graphs started to work fine again.
The problem did only occur for snmpagents. Data from zabbix_sender and zabbix_agent worked fine as far as I could see during the short test.
Im sorry i didn't have a chance to look into this on a lower level right now. If you experience the same problem or have a solution for this please let us know?
