If you download 1.1beta3.tar.gz and extract it you find agent for windows:
Zabbix Win32 Agent Version 1.1beta2 Build of Nov 24 2005

if you download 1.1beta3 binary for windows you find agent for windows:
Zabbix Win32 Agent Version 1.1beta2 Build of Nov 17 2005

yes. i believe the filesizes are identical. it appears no further changes were made to the windows agent after the post-beta2 patched agent.
