This is my fault.
it's just a warning from some code that is not needed, I'll post a patch against the current rev to get rid of it as soon as I get the new code on my systems.
sorry about that, I had fixed it on my own system quite some time ago and forgot to update the patch; which I should have done immediately but I have been pretty busy of late and I guess I just forgot to. sorry again
