table items_template missing

Hi,

Upgrading from beta4 to beta5 failed using the mysql patch. Apperently the table items_template table was missing in my database. When was this table introduced? The create code for mysql didn't include it either. Sounds like a bug.

Using wrong patch (1.0beta4_to_1.0beta5)?

yes, you were right. I was using the 1.0 patch instead of using the 1.1 one.
