    How to clean out database?

I seem to have a lot of junk in my database, some hundreds of dead triggers and other misc entries. I know they shouldnt be there because I went so far as to delete every trigger accessible.

Certain that there could be a problem caused here, I emptyed a few tables that were clearly just trash.

Is there an official word on how to "refresh" or "reset" the zabbix db back to a "good" state?

My concern is that since I have been upgrading for several versions, there is a lot of bad lines in there that could be causing some of the wierd bugs. Is there a way to bulk export then import back in?

    Thanks.

I don't have the methods, or syntax for you, but yes, you can replace parts of your database in bulk. I know you can copy data from one database to another, so you could create a fresh Zabbix database, and then systematically copy the stuff you want to keep, and leave the rest.
