Snmp - data type
I haven't tried the latest versions but the problem I'm facing is that I used net-snmp ucdavis Mib and mapped some Oid's to shell commands. Output comes as string (I don't wont to change all the mib's on the clients) but I would like to store as number, zabbix reports error because of data type.
Could this data check be done against the data rather than to the defined type in mib's on both ends. This could make a lot of things easier !
