How do I get Host Iventory to pick up details

Hi,

I am very interested in Zabbix as both a network monitoring tool and Network inventory tool (Possibly negating the need for Open Audit).

However, when I set the host to automatically pick up data, nothing gets populated.

I am using Zabbix Sever 1.9.6 and 1.8.5 Windows Agents.

If anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be much appreciated.

first, you must have some items that will gather the information you want in the inventory.

then you set the inventory field that item should be populating in the item properties

Thanks, I am use to using out of the box software such as PacketTrap, so this is all quite new to me!
