FS Discovery error on 1.9.8

When trying to create a FS discovery rule in 1.9.8 (On Ubuntu 10.04.3 w/ PHP 5.3) using the following:
Type: Zabbix Agent or Agent (active)
Key: vfs.fs.discovery
Filter: Macro = {#FSTYPE} and Regex = (NTFS|ext4)

I get the error:
"Cannot add discovery rule"
"Incorrect arguments passed to function"

Any ideas?
