I am connected with root account. I'am executing the next command from my zabbix server

# zabbix_get -s [My server zabbix] -k system.hw.chassis[full]
ZBX_NOTSUPPORTED


Do you have an idea?

what do you mean by "I am connected with root account" ? for this, zabbix agent must be running as root, as it is the one collecting the data

Thanks but the deamon zabbix_agents can't starting with root.
However, i've modified the AllowRoot parameter (AllowRoot=1).
