Holy crap am I reading this right? One blocker until 2.0?

Am I reading https://support.zabbix.com right?!? It looks like the last blocker for 2.0 is XML template export/import (see ZBX-3531)

If so that's awesome news! So close to 2.0 being released...

well, first, xml import/export isn't a trivial issue
second, it's 0 blockers till 2.0 _rc1_ - i would expect that many users would start testing only then, and a bunch of new issues would creep out that did not appear in previous tests...

Well, at least there's only one major hurdle left until the RCs come out

sort of, although as people test things more lately, more new problems are found as well
btw, the blocker graph shows 4 blockers as the last value, i don't see it reporting "1" at any time

That shows me 1 blocker, but also 47 Critical and 254 Major bugs. I think it might still be a while

One of those 4 is just basically updating the default Zabbix templates with more recent ones (which is kind of dependent on getting template import/export working of course!), two are listed as "resolved" (I guess that's one step before closing the bug?) and the last one is the template import/export block

But yes, 200+ major bugs is kind of disheartening

This is the link to the filter where I'm getting the above list from btw... the filter is named "2.0 scheduled blocker issues"

note that classification & scheduling is a bit arbitrary, only blockers "must" be fixed - everything else is "as time permits"
