images.sql not in source

Install instructions say to load an images.sql.
It's not in the source tarball. What gives?

images.sql are not required anymore.

I was just about to ask...

...cool. I'm glad I found this before I posted about it. Any chance the docs could get updated to reflect this? And jsut to confirm... I'm trying to install version 1.0 is it not required for that version either?
