    UNKNOWN state

    Hello.

I am getting OK state for hosts in network maps while the real state of hosts is UNKNOWN. Actually they are unavailable. Any ideas?

      Yes, sure.

BUT: I've changed trigger names while hosts were unavailable. Could this be a reason?

As Alexei stated, host status is UNKNOWN until some data is received from the host, AFAIR. But why they are displayed OK on the map? Trigger and item host.status are present (imported from Host.Unix template).

      P.S. Zabbix is 1.1beta8

        Strange.

Several hours passed and the state of monitored hosts is still OK on the map, but UNKNOWN according to LATEST DATA.
