Cant Create Items on Maps 1.1Beta9

I am using Mandrake 10.1 for an OS
tried both 1.1alpha7 and 1.1beta9

graphs work pefectly which means my php-gd install is fine??

but MAPS do not work on either of these versions.

In alpha7 the map grid picture showed up until I add a item to the map, then i get a picture place holder in place of the map grid picture that was previously there.

In beta9 as soon as I attempt to add an item it simply does not add it, and i can no longer modify that MAP.


Both versions put this in /var/log/http/error_log:

Segmentation fault (11)

everytime you attempt to view the map.

need help! I love zabbix, but the main reason i use it is for MAP.

# rpm -qa |grep gd

libgd2-devel-2.0.27-3.2.101mdk
libgd2-static-devel-2.0.27-3.2.101mdk
php-gd-4.3.8-2mdk
libgd2-2.0.27-3.2.101mdk

Am I missing a gd RPM?

I believe your GD library is broken. Try to upgrade/downgrsde or use different OS.

Installed Mandrake 2006, then reinstalled zabbix 1.1beta9 on the new OS

everything works perfectly~
