    net-snmp compile problem

    Hi,

I have a strange problem compiling zabbix with net-snmp-support:

    iwork:~/zabbix-1.1beta9 # ./configure --enable-server --with-mysql --enable-static --with-net-snmp=/usr/include/net-snmp
    ...
    checking for NET-SNMP support... no
configure: error: Invalid NET-SNMP directory - unable to find net-snmp-includes.h under /usr/include/net-snmp

which is kind of weird, because:

    iwork:~/zabbix-1.1beta9 # ls -l /usr/include/net-snmp/net-snmp-includes.h
    -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1616 Oct 2 2004 /usr/include/net-snmp/net-snmp-includes.h

So, configure doesn't seem to find it, although it seems to search the right place... .

    any hints?

    thx

    RĂ¼

PS: Trying to install on SuSE 9.2, Kernel 2.6.8-smp. 1.0-release worked quite well on the same machine... .
