Not sure whether to consider this a bug, or a feature request, but here it goes. I have been playing with the latest beta (beta 9 at this time), and have bene using some templates to see how flexible they are, and stumbled across a small "issue".
It basically boils down to "if you delete a template, you delete the linked item". IE, if I delete a template item that checks disk space on E: for example, all hosts that have that item lose it. I think as a nice feature, it'd prompt you to either delink the item, or deleting the item. Without testing, I believe the same is true of host templates being deleted.
I also stumbled across a similar issue with hosts. If you decide not to use a template on a host any more (select host, change "use template" back to "..."), any items from the host template are removed from the host. While I can understand the idea behind this, I think I'd rather be prompted to remove the items, or just unlink them.
